SAFETY POLICY

Some of the features of our comprehensive program are:

a. Pre-job analysis of the plans and specifications to determine the hazards which may develop during the project.

b. Monthly safety meetings on all projects with the contracts manager and key supervisory personnel.

c. The contracts manager, who is the site safety director, makes regular safety and housekeeping inspections of the project to correct unsafe practices and identify hazards.

d. Individual foremen make daily safety inspections of operations under their supervision.

e. Key personnel from all of our subcontractors attend bi-weekly safety meetings. All subcontractors are also required to comply with our basic safety program during the applicable phases of their work.

A safe operation is organized, clean and productive. If every employee views occupational safety the same way we strive for all other aspects of our operations, it will improve our ability to manage risk and complement the total performance of our Company.

It is therefore of utmost importance that all aspects of our safety program be strictly adhered to and that the intent of this program be followed to the letter. Any recom mendations to improve our safety programare encouraged and welcomed. Back
